Coming from winemaking families, Alain and Catherine along with their children Valentin and Amandine set out on their own adventure in 2019. They created their Domaine in the heart of the Chablis vineyards, in Courgis. The 16 hectares of vines are composed mostly of Chablis, but also of the Irancy appellation.
