The village of Fontenay-Près-Chablis will be hosting the traditional Saint-Vincent du Chablisien on February 1st and 2nd.

During these two days of celebration,  all the flavours of the Chablis appellation can be found in the special Saint-Vincent cuvée, which will be served in the village cellars.

PROGRAM :

Saturday, February 1st
12 noon: banquet at Auxerrexpo, booking required
12 noon - 5pm: opening of cellar n°2 (catering and tasting)
8pm: ball with the Mosaïque 89 orchestra

Sunday, February 2nd
9am: Mass at the church of Saint-Quentin in Fontenay-Près-Chablis
10am: the passing of Saint-Vincent and street parade, opening of the cellars
in Fontenay-Près-Chablis (catering and tasting)
11am: official speeches and inductions into the Confrérie des Piliers Chablisiens
5pm: closing of the cellars
