After a winter break, the Cité reopens its doors in Chablis on April 5. Come along and find out more about the history, heritage and wine culture of the Chablis, Grand Auxerrois and Châtillonais regions!

The Cité des Climats et vins de Bourgogne reopens its doors in Chablis on April 5!

Come along and find out about the history, heritage and wine-growing culture of the Chablis, Grand Auxerrois and Châtillonais regions with cultural and educational activities, an introduction to the secrets of terroir and wine-making, and an immersive multi-sensory tour.

The Ponti’Bar in the Cité offers more than 80 wines from all over Bourgogne.

 

Since it opened, the Cité des Climats et Vins de Bourgogne has won numerous awards!

Ateliers Adeline Rispal, the agency responsible for the scenographic tours of the Cité des Climats et Vins de Bourgogne in Chablis and Mâcon, got a double distinction at the MUSE Design Awards in New York.

The Cité  concept won the award for ‘Best Wine Museum’. The prize, presented by the Iter Vitis Association, recognises projects and initiatives across Europe that promote the development of wine tourism and safeguard and raise awareness of wine culture.

The Cité building in Beaune, designed by Emmanuelle Andreani Architects, has won several awards for its unique design.
